Review on BLACK+DECKER 2-in-1 Steam Mop and Portable Steamer HSMC1321 by Amanda Collins

Without a doubt my favorite purchase of the year. The addition was a bit misleading as this model does not come with a steam mitt and other minor accessories. None of the documents that come with it indicate that it (vape glove and small accessories) does not come with that particular model. I called Black and Decker and they said they would send me a glove and accessories, but after a few weeks of waiting, and then I forgot about the glove, then remembered and decided I didn't think it was that important, the package arrived in the mail. Remembering the glove, I opened it up and found a bunch of small accessories that originally came with the model. So now I have 4 mop heads, 4 mop brushes, 2 window squeegees with a small rag to cover the upholstery mop and 2 mop hoses, 2 small round copper bristle cleaning heads and 2 small round cleaning nozzles. I know one of the small round tips is used for grilling, forgot what the other is for. I'm not upset about this at all as I was in the process of buying more tile cleaners as this small lightweight machine has worked wonders on my grout. They look like they made it the day we moved in almost 4 years ago. Even after steaming down the hallway, I noticed my house was starting to smell fresher. (It actually made us realize how big our rug was, so we hired a professional cleaning company to clean it.) The water compartment looked small, but it covers a lot, and I mean a lot of floor! (Literally.) Yes, some things didn't come out all at once, but all you have to do is run the mop a few more times, it's a lot easier than getting on your hands and knees to rub or scratch. Aside from taking me this long to decide that I want to get replacement accessories in the future, I can't find anything on their website. The owner's manual (yes I've read it, I'm such a nerd) lists the 800 number specifically for accessories if you need help, but sometimes it's easier to look online.
