If you have or know a child who is obsessed with cookie monsters and likes to wear their cookie monster slippers everywhere, these are perfect! If the kid has a pair of slippers and a pair of sneakers, then get these! The surface is soft, like slippers, but these are sneakers, so they protect your feet when walking. They have a Velcro closure that reduces the number of laces you tie per day. I don't like the laces on kids shoes (mostly because of the extra work on my part) so I like that they are velcro. So far, they've stood up to the little one and helped keep the slippers around the house.
