Comfortable, beautiful item, well made. However, there is one big problem: the edge of the strap (particularly the link design) sometimes catches on soft fabrics (sheets, gym shorts, etc., spandex), causing the fabric to leak. Do this enough and the fabric will be ruined. Also on the part that attaches to the Fitbit, the corners are a bit protruding and sharp. This can also cause snagging on the fabric. I was able to reduce the chance by filing the corners. However, I haven't found a way to eliminate the sticking that occurs from connections at the edge of the strip, hence two stars.
