I like that it's easy enough for my employees without IT support or training in cybersecurity tools/techniques but still effective at blocking malware from reaching their devices; also helps keep track of what is being blocked by our firewall so we can quickly respond if something new gets through! It would be nice when you're looking up an IP address whether there are any known issues associated with this network location - maybe have some sorta warning as well? We've been using bitdam since 2016 & haven't had anything come back about performance problems yet which has always surprised me given how many companies use similar products these days :).
