Wash cold first and hang dry before they shrink. The next time they were in the dryer on a low setting and now they're completely unusable, not just tight. I don't think even enlarging them helps as they shrink a lot. Even the XL size was borderline from the start. It probably should have tried XXL, but now it won't because of the excessive shrinkage.
