I received this because my basement leaked and there was mold on the walls and a musty smell. Mold scares me, so I didn't want to remove it in life or spray many things on it. I got this and only let it run once for 30 minutes. I have 2 cats so I put them in a tent on the porch and sat outside with them for a couple of hours. It says it's safe to re-enter the house in about 45 minutes. It definitely smelled like ozone for at least a few hours, but the next day there was absolutely no smell in my basement and the mold literally died, turned to dust and fell off the walls. A great relief, because mold is difficult to combat. So far I'm very happy with it.
