Review on 🌪️ Vacmaster Professional Wet/Dry Vacuum, 12-Gallon, Beast Series, 5.5 HP, 2-1/2" Hose (VJH1211PF0201), Black by Jacob Sriubas

After 6 months of phone calls and several promises of a new head for my burned out vacuum cleaner (maybe 10 hours of use before it started smoking!) Nothing at the post office. This is one of a few reviews I've ever left in my life, so I'm very upset. I've made 4 or 5 different phone calls and sent 3-4 emails (which are lost but never deleted!) each time with exactly the information requested and zero result after many false promises of a replacement part. All I wanted was an engine but they said I would buy a brand new unit, yes. on the last call i was told i needed a photo of the "cut cord" and it was a delay. I asked why none of the other people told me that, but they didn't know. CRAP PRODUCT AND TOTALLY BS COMPANY! Rather spend a few euros more for a shop vacuum cleaner. I have one I bought 18 years ago that I use in my dust collection shop, it's quieter and runs countless hours on my CNC and still works!
