- Massager: This is a metal handheld massager with 4 levels of intensity and 4 detachable massage heads. Rubber coating on the plastic head. It's a nice touch since most of the competition just have exposed plastic heads. The heads are shaped like a sphere (for soft tissues), flat (back and large muscles), cone-shaped (deep tissue), and Y-shaped (neck and along the spine). - Power Cord: Charges with a standard USB cable. -C cable (USB A on the wall). The included cable is relatively short, but any USB-C cable can be used to charge the device. Battery: Built-in 2000mAh rechargeable battery, charge in 3-4 hours and should run 4-6 hours before fully discharged. The battery is sealed in the handle, so unfortunately the user cannot change the battery - Storage: A handy felt pouch is included and sized to store everything together - Noise: The massager is fairly quiet, doesn't rattle. I noticed a faint shrill noise as the engine accelerated, but that didn't bother me. Weight: It's heavier than other 15.0 ounce massagers, but it fits my hand well and is balanced enough that I don't notice any weight when using it. Instructions: The included documentation booklet is minimal but explains how to use the massager. The above review is for Cincom's mini handheld massager.
