I like that it has so many different tools which help me out with my business. The customer service is also amazing. It's not hard to use or understand. As long as you know how to use it correctly, it will benefit your business in ways you never thought possible. There aren't any dislikes, but I would love if they had more templates for email marketing campaigns. I don't have time to create all of those on my own. Also, when it comes to shipping, it would be great if there were some options available to choose from in order to get all of my orders shipped together. I'm able to ship faster and create custom labels too.
