I've had them for a while and if you have a new Jeep (JL) Wrangler or Gladiator it looks fantastic (deliberate spelling). What happens when the interior of the car heats up, the cup holder expands and takes the shape of the bottom of the car cup holder. That is, the stand is made of a flexible rubber material and takes the shape of the bottom of the cup holder, at least for the car models mentioned above.
