I don't know how to rate the product myself. When I'm shopping online and I'm new to a product, I rely and trust the reviews I read. I watched a video of this chair and saw that it can be rocked which was a bonus for me in those moments when I needed to view articles online. I think the chair is way overpriced. Sitting upright in a chair is comfortable, but I can't put my feet on the floor to sway. I like the white clean look of the chair. Got the chair in a few minutes. Easiest item I've ever collected. Having only had the chair for a short time and not using it every day, I don't feel like I have a real review BUT. When I started reading reviews online to get others to buy the products. I received a letter from a company offering me money for a five star review and for that reason they are getting four stars for a chair. When a company takes pride in what it makes or sells, it doesn't have to pay for reviews. Ratings that guarantee five stars are a matter of course. Maybe they could offer a chair for 30.00 less and the price itself would encourage people to buy.
