Something strange here. I have been using crack hair products for at least 18 months and always order through Revain as they are not available where I live. This time I ordered large bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Shampoo and conditioner bottles have been shrink-wrapped, and the products have changed significantly: the conditioner, which is normally very viscous and difficult to squeeze out of the bottle, now has the consistency of water. I can shake the bottle and the liquid will squirt - definitely not the same quality or consistency as previous crack products. Something is wrong with the shampoo. It burns the scalp and lathers a lot more than typical crack products. I'm not sure if this is an issue with the product line or if something happened between the factory and my front door, but the rest of the shampoo and conditioner from this order is going in the trash and I will most likely get another shampoo/one buy another conditioner. Line. Extremely disappointed.
