This is a great recipe, but I'll just give you a warning. Only use this for baking cookies. DO NOT USE AS A LINER TO CATCH SWEET RECIPES. I LOVE IT BUT I used it under the cake pans to keep it from hitting the bottom of my stovetop so I don't have to clean the bottom of the oven. Bad mistake. When it spilled a bit and the sugary liquid from the pumpkin pie was sticking to the pan and I couldn't get it clean. I scraped off the black but the smooth finish didn't come back. I've used vinegar, bars, etc. So only use it for cookies. Now I'm going to use my corrupted one for overflows.
