I wanted to like this product, the head switching concept is good, but unfortunately this company was wrong. In theory you can switch the attachment from a broom to a mop, but make sure you have a pry bar handy to get the mop off the handle. At first I thought I had a defective head so I returned it for a new one. The new one was no better - two people removed it from a stick. I wrote the company a letter but there was no reply. Very bad customer service. Very dissatisfied.
