The seat arrived quickly and as described. My 3yo son loved the color, and the step and handles were in a good place for him to get on steadily to work on his potty training. The seat was comfortable, easy to use, but it did not fold up very small when off of the toilet. That said, after only a few weeks of actually using the seat my 3yo son popped up from the seated position to standing up and the step completely sheared off of the legs of the seat. In my 3yo boy's excitement for having a successful potty time, he stood up quickly from the seat, and I heard a crack and he started to fall. I was able to catch him before he fell into the side of the tub, but the seat is completely broken and cannot be fixed. The plastic male tabs (screws?) on the step that insert into the inside of the legs broke completely off of the step. In any case, cute seat but I would not purchase again if it cannot handle a 32lb , 3yo boy's excited dismount after a successful potty time.
