The reporting and notification features are what I like best about this software. It is very user friendly and easy to use. I like that you can do real time reporting and notifications. I also like that you can have several different types of notifications. I dislike that there is no way to set up alerts for when an issue is closed or has been resolved. I also dislike that sometimes the software is not as responsive as I would like. I use this software to help manage the compliance issues of my company. It has helped me to keep track of issues and it has helped me to be able to notify my team of the issues we are working on. I am able to notify my team when an issue is resolved.
