cartridges later. When I did a test print, blue and green didn't show up. I printed a status report and it showed that magenta and yellow passed the test well, but cyan barely showed up. I reinstalled the old memory recovery cartridge and nothing. Printhead cleaned, nothing. I spent as much ink on test prints to see if anything would work. I did some digging and found that the vent at the top could be damaged or clogged. I took out my new cartridges and found that the blue vent was damaged and that is why it is not printing. I have emailed the seller and am waiting for a response. $50 is a lot to spend on 3 cartridges when only 2 will work.
