These bags are of excellent quality and far superior to those available from Walmart or other grocery stores. They are 4mm thick and feel heavy in the hand. The plastic feels very sturdy and the volume is spacious considering the size. I have used these bags primarily for hiking and my first aid kit as they have lasted quite a long time with minimal wear and tear. Also, the zipper mechanism on these bags is MUCH stronger than the Ziploc brand and the like. Also, they seem much easier to close and easier to zip up. However, since the closure is stronger, when opening these bags you must be careful not to pull too hard to avoid tearing the plastic side seam. I've never done this before, but it looks like a possibility. After all, they're still just plastic bags, they're just better suited for heavier tasks. One thing I would recommend is measuring the bag sizes to make sure they match the size you are going to buy. Great for camping, first aid, general organization and more, these bags withstand many tests before breaking. The price is also great for 100 of these bags. Definitely worth the money compared to 2 million bags. I highly recommend this item.
