I bought it because of the name, I thought it was quality. The first came up but didn't close. Behaved as it does, key ok, cap fits, screwed on and clicked as intended. But flip it the other way, and it appeared instantly! No matter how you played with it, played with the key, it wouldn't lock! They said it was most likely defective. Wrote to Revine and sent another, went in 3 days, but that's not to the point. Got the next one just like the previous one, right out of the box. THAT DOES NOT WORK!? Could this be a coincidence? I sent the first one back, the second one should go straight in the trash. No money back, just thrown away. This hat is a total waste! Don't waste your time. Don't waste money. Bought a cheaper Gates model and worked like a charm on the first try.
