I purchased this set of lights as a Christmas gift for my adult granddaughter who liked the bubble lights we used to have on our Christmas trees when she was a kid. My grandmother had bubble lights on her Christmas trees when I was a kid as well. The one thing that I was really disappointed in was that the blue bubble lights do bubble but you cannot see the bubbles unless you look closely. From a distance they look dark and no bubbles. The bubble lights are on our Christmas tree and they're lovely to look at - just wish the blue lights were a lighter color so we could actually see the bubbles.
