This pasta machine definitely has a genius design. Boil the noodles, allow the pieces to air dry, and the noodles scrape off instantly, making cleanup that much easier. I wish there were different pasta options. Was hoping for pappardelle, bucatini or something other than three sizes of spaghetti (one has angel hair), three sizes of fettuccine (I think one of them is linguine) and two round pasta noodles that look pretty much the same. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the measurement recommendations are definitely wrong. Each time I had to adapt. I know it means you have to adjust as needed, but it's a bit ridiculous every time. When you make egg paste it also sticks together at the back of the extruder so you have to stop and restart all the time.
