Every morning I let my cat go outside for about 30 minutes to walk around the garden and bask in the sun as this is food for him is and trains him to come once called! Well today I made tea and called him to treat him and he - NO COLLAR! He had his rabies tag, his custom (engraved) flower name tag, his emotional service animal tag, and his microchip attached to him with a bell. I bought all of these things less than a month ago and am so sad I didn't find his collar that says it has an 'anti-zipper'. He looked so cute and I spent quite a bit of money on all of this when I don't have much as I'm only 20 years old and have serious health issues and can't work. Still no information from customer service about a refund that I can't get as I don't have an item to return from the UPS store! Please fix this situation. I've spent everything I have left to buy all this, please help me.
