Review on Queena Fashion Camouflage 🎒 Backpack: Stylish and Practical Shoulder Bag by Barbara Gonzalez

I brought this backpack for my cousin, she used it once and the zipper broke, it wouldn't open. Also something with a handle. I don't have a bag because when she opened it and loved it, I got rid of it. I would like to know how to get another one to replace this one. I want to say that this is nice for the money. But don't break in in one day. She loves it, loves the color and the size was perfect. Sometimes that happens, so I just wanted to replace. Thank you Lisa
