No tension adjustment
Mine had too much tilt adjustment, it didn't hold the mic. But none of the screws worked to adjust the tilt or pan, they didn't move to either side. I thought of putting in a vise and looking for a small crossbar, but I returned it instead. It has a cool matte black finish that I've never seen before and gray pierced wheels, so two stars for that. One that works like all my other monitor mounts, I would buy at least one more.
