This wall mounted cat tree/seat was very easy to assemble and wall mount. There were no instructions, but just looking at the picture of the finished product was enough. My main complaint is the strong industrial smell - as soon as I opened the box it filled the whole room and it took almost a week for the smell to leave the room where I installed the pole. Cats love it - it holds up to repeated scratches fairly well, with minimal messy residue from the strands. The shelf is too small for our larger cat but perfect for our medium sized cat.
