I use these when mowing the yard, vacuuming the house and doing other repetitive tasks with appliances. These are solid little in-ear headphones. They don't completely isolate you from the outside world, but I really don't want that, I want to be able to hear the sounds of engines. I usually listen to conversational podcasts, the headphones connect to my phone via Bluetooth. So the sound source is in a pretty narrow band, the music I've heard is fine, I probably wouldn't use it for serious music listening. They're very easy to connect, sometimes you have to slide them back into your ear, but generally they stay in place. Probably not the best choice for aerobic/dance training.
