I'm changing my rating to one star and the new jug doesn't even deserve that. I originally purchased Naples Naturals 109X2 on July 17, 2018. I also promoted the same to my family and friends who bought it because of the alkaline filter. Although the old jug still worked, I bought a new jug as it cost $43 versus $30 for two filters. Unfortunately, the new jug and the filters are scrap. Filters get stuck and the jug lid falls off when tipped, especially when there is water in the top chamber. No matter how good the water tastes, there are too many problems. I still need to do a PH test before and after the water.
