The quality of the balls is excellent. Quantity is another story. The image for display must be from using two or three packs together. It says kit, but that's not my definition of a kit. Balloons, glue dots and a thick, thin plastic tube to attach balloons to? Oh yes, the "kit” does not come with any instructions. They guide you to watch YouTube videos. If you are not a professional balloon/arch maker, forget it. You can't get to the bow in the picture with this bag. Make sure you have an air compressor. Buy two or four so you can have a practice run and not rely on success. Much luck!
