Less than 10 minutes after installation I noticed a difference. Breathing has become much easier for me, even after going to the doctor 4 times in the last month for shortness of breath. For a person with breathing problems who has had to take an inhaler for several weeks, this is similar to HD breathing. If you have trouble breathing, consult your doctor and do not use it to diagnose or treat any disease. I live with smokers and have a gas stove and am a big fan of this product because it really works and there is a very noticeable difference. I will definitely buy again.
