Let's start with the sound. These sound very nice. They're not overly bass-heavy like many modern headphones. They have good clean and balanced bass and that goes for all other wavebands. The sound is very transparent and the response to films, music and games is clear. It's not surround sound, but I can tell what's happening where in a game or movie. Over-the-ear headphones that I really like. I find it much more convenient. The pads are nice and soft and don't make me sweat. The cups block out a lot of ambient noise and actually make the conversation a little weird because my voice seems muffled to me. It's good for some, bad for others. Just don't wait for the oven timer to sound when you wear them because you won't hear it. It's taking me a little longer to figure out if this is really an issue, but they're pushing your head a little straight out of the box. It's not uncomfortable, but noticeable. The microphone works great with Skype or online games. Everyone says I'm crystal clear and there's no distortion. The built in volume control works as advertised and the cable is a reasonable length. Overall this is great value for money and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants good sound and comfort while losing a lot of money in the process.
