I thought I had a lot and everything on this gas cap considering it's only a third of the price of a trip to O'Reilly. Unfortunately. literally a day after the return window closes my check engine light comes on and goes dim and lo and behold it's a faulty gas cap again. So I went to O'Reilly, spent more money on a real gas cap, and the check engine light magically disappeared. Stay away from that cheap gas cap unless you're out of cash. On the other hand, at least the lid didn't break during a smog check last week. I might have found this faulty cover sooner if I'd driven more, but I've only driven my car about 70 miles in the last month.
