Right out of the box the rubber part of the scraper is really poor quality and stained. This means it doesn't properly wring the liquid out of the windows. I've just tried this on some glass patio doors and windows and it's really frustrating and not worth it at all. Also, the handle doesn't stay bolted to the head so as soon as I started using a window cleaning sponge the head came loose and this continued even after I kept tightening it. I had a very old sponge. a mop with an ugly wooden handle from years ago. I've just moved and decided to upgrade my window cleaning tools (I love window cleaning, it makes such a big difference! I also hose down my windows at least once a year). But this thing isn't even worth $6, which I think I paid for a lightning deal. If the head stays screwed on I might recommend at least *washing* the windows then you could use a more self contained scraper or something. But I don't think it's worth money for any reason, to be honest. Keep looking (and let me know if you find a good scraper!).
