I can't say enough about this product - it's a fantastic idea that someone made perfect. When my wife and I go on long training runs we have hydration packs to carry our keys, gels and electrolyte pills, but when race day comes you want to be as light as possible (plus most races have plenty of carry-on assist points). hydration during the race). But you still need a way to carry small items around with you. We recently used these for the running portion of an Ironman race, I used this smaller size and my wife used the wider. The wider one is exactly the same height and thickness, but twice as long. This smaller size is perfect for filling saline pills and 3 gels, and has enough space for my car key (I left it in my bike repair kit instead). The rear valve has two magnets in the bottom corners, they snap and hold well throughout the race. I wore mine tucked into the back of the leotard and my wife clipped hers to her waist belt. Both scenarios worked great. Small enough to go unnoticed while running, but big enough for essentials. I could just reach back and remove the bag, get what I needed, and then reattach it with ease. The larger size is big enough for most smartphones (can't be used in Ironman races, that wasn't a factor for us) and you never have to worry about anything falling out as the velcro on the front flap closes really tight. Highly recommend this instead of flip belt and other gadgets. Very glad we found this product.
