Ideal for high arches and general foot relief. I lost our other leg roll so I finally gave up to get this one. It is excellent. If it works for a dancer's foot, it will definitely work for you. UPDATED after a few weeks: only complaint because I use it daily now: it easily rolls under the sofa! I have concrete floors and I have to put slippers behind my feet to keep them from falling through. I also removed the rubber on the sides. As I said, my concrete floors deteriorated quickly. never mind It works very quietly. love this shop.
