I bought two packs of 400 in two weeks. The first 400 came out better than the second batch. Our biggest concern is safety. We bought it for our little daughter. In the second package, almost half have quality problems. Judging by the photos I'm attaching, you can see that there are sharp edges that could easily cut you. I had to spend 3 hours fixing it with tweezers. And the last picture shows that the size is correct ($14.99 for quantity: 100). By the way, the target has very few of them. I have to say you buy what you have. I just want to remind others to be careful with this.
