Review on International Version Canon EOS 60D 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR Camera with EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Lens Kit by Pornthip Muakpung ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I was surprised by the quality for this price.

I took this camera at the end of April. In the whale version 18-55mm(3.5-5.6) is. I can say this - before that, the main camera was Canon S5 IS. The first moments 60d took pictures in sharpness inferior to s5mu. At first I thought that the whale lens was such a crap) But then I realized that this lens needs to be felt, to feel the operating parameters. Experiments began with the search for the most working diaphragms. So, at 18-55mm, the best picture is given - a portrait at F5.0 aperture (at the same time, I advise you to take a portrait at 18-35mm FR to ensure the best sharpness), I shoot landscapes from F7.1 to 13. The camera surprised me with a pleasantly low noise level at ISO 3200, I expected a lot more noise. All the same, everyone kept saying that a lot of pixels were stuffed onto its matrix. But it turned out to be a stupid theory. In practice, ISO 3200 turned out to be quite working for high-quality reportage shooting. ISO 6400-12800 are "quality is not important, the main thing is to capture the essence of the frame." But still the noise is much less than I could expect. At ISO 3200, the noise level is about the same as at S5 at ISO-200. And professional or not, it already depends on the owner. She is professional! A matrix with a very high resolution requires the selection of the right optics, I plan to take 24-105mm and 50mm for it. I think I've had enough. And replace the whale with 18-200mm. Here is my video review on this camera on the day of purchase))) http://video. . Ru/users/a-phaeton/view/22/
