Review on LaserJet Compatible Cartridge Replacement for Printers by Jesse Spoja

I was thrilled when I received it, everything looks and works as it should. The first thing that struck me was the print quality, it's never been as good as the original. Second, I barely printed more than 120 pages and that's already gone when they promise to print 4000. Another thing: one of the brackets broke that was supposed to control the screen between the roll and the printer (to say it was at the very end). October 2020 The company contacted me and asked me to remove this comment for a refund or product replacement. But something I have to say is that this product actually broke in my printer, so not only does it not work as it should, it also broke my printer. So now no printer, no ink. My question to the company: will you also reimburse me for my printer? So buyers beware, if you want to keep your printer DOWNLOAD THIS PRODUCT! November 2020 The company communicates well with the buyer, I appreciate that. They offer me different options: 1- replace the product (it's really not an option because I already explain that the printer is not working anymore) 2- give back what I paid or 3- give me 50 as an Amazon card as a gift give compensation for the problem. I simply asked them to do what their MORALS asked them to do. NO action from the company afterwards. I'm just frustrated because my printer is now unusable because of this cartridge after 3 years of working fine with other cartridges, this one came to do it! I just want to share my experience and I hope this doesn't happen to you!
