Delivery was FAST. Support does not exist! Item received in less than 48 hours if installed on a Monday (one hour). Looks like it's working like a charm so far. My startups are now stable and fast. At this time it is NOT possible to judge the durability or quality of the starter. After inspecting the starter (appears to be well made and consistent with the adverts on Amazon and the seller's website). Over time you will know how well this starter holds up. But at the moment it worked great on my '06 Altima. I took a risk (a BIG risk) by purchasing this launcher without verifying some vital information because I could NOT contact ANY LIVE person at this company. Timing was of the essence so I made the decision, hope and pray it pays off in the long run.
