From Autumn to Spring I love making Reuben sandwiches but trying to turn them into a frying pan has been the bane of my existence. I mean, I made an amazing sandwich with pastrami or corned beef (I use whatever I can get my hands on), Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Thousand Island sauce, and when I tried to flip the sauerkraut, the sauerkraut fell out, the cheese was able to slide it to the side. I can now make the perfect Rubens with this lovely little sandwich grill! That alone is worth it to me, but other than that I love waffles and being able to easily make waffles in this machine is a wonderful thing. This sandwich maker, waffle maker, steak grill is used a lot in my kitchen.
