Review on 🧹 iRobot Roomba s9+ (9550) Automatic Dirt Disposal Robot Vacuum - Wi-Fi Connected, Smart Mapping, Powerful Suction, Corner Cleaning, Ideal for Pet Hair, Black by En Core ᠌

Revainrating 2 out of 5

It is impossible to use, a bad product.

It gets stuck, turns off after standing near an obstacle for several minutes, such as a chair, a table with a wide leg. Difficult to ride on high pile carpet. The vacuum cleaner constantly asks to clean the brushes, yes, after the first start, the robot asks to carry out such actions with brushes that are perfectly clean. I handed it over to the store, which I didn’t really want because I chose the vacuum cleaner according to its appearance, characteristics and reviews. By the way, in the photo is the same carpet and far from the highest pile. ate April 10: reset the settings, reset the maps, on the night of April 9-10, re-ran the robot for mapping, got stuck only 1 time (without working lower rollers) and still made a complete map. Today, April 10, I started cleaning individual zones as well as “cleaning everywhere” and as a result I constantly see error 2, error 15, error 31 and some others. The vacuum cleaner beats against the walls, tries to move chairs and drives into an obstacle in the form of a table leg ! The robot beat off the lower edge of the case a little, I hope the service department will not issue a verdict “the product is of inadequate quality” and “the device is working normally” I gave the vacuum cleaner one last chance, once again looked at the rollers, they are perfectly clean, because long debris in the form of threads, pile or hair does not even have time to wrap around them. Unfortunately, again error 31. If earlier the vacuum cleaner could be reanimated by a simple rearrangement and pressing the Clean button, now the robot simply stopped responding and is constantly lit in red. A product for 100k+ instead of help took me 2 days after work and one day off. The side brush shrank in one day and also the side brush is clamped by a compartment with rollers. Do all robots of this model have a compartment with rollers that is not fixed and has “shock absorption” and is there a bias on the bottom? While moving, especially on the carpet, the robot makes terrible sounds that come from either the rollers or from the compartment (cleaning module on the bottom.).
