The customer support was excellent! They were always available to answer any questions I had, even after hours or over weekends. There are many features in this program but it's not overwhelming for someone who has never used an EMR before. It took some time to get familiar with how everything works. But once we got started, things went smoothly. This system can be very confusing at first because there are so many different options/features. If you're looking for something simple like a basic tracking tool, then this may not be what you want. We needed more than just a simple tracking app - we also wanted to keep track of all our bills (including trash) as well as have access to historical data.
