Update: The seller CHLOLMY sent me a replacement charger promptly after I contacted him. The new charger seems to work well so I've revised my review thanks to the fast and friendly customer service. I bought this charger at the recommendation of a school to charge my son's Chromebook. Worked for about 3 months and now won't charge the laptop at all. Other chargers still work, so I know the problem isn't with the laptop. I have contacted the seller and will update my rating when I receive a response. I am very disappointed in Revain and am trying to determine which products are of decent quality and backed by reputable manufacturers.
