Bought this for my W204 C350 which didn't have a factory front mount when bought although I needed it Bought in a condition that requires faceplates. Not wanting to drill into an otherwise perfect bumper, I looked at the towbars but was intimidated by the bad reviews for the cheap and the crazy prices of the premium models. I decided to give up and just buy an OEM drill mount, but even that was about $50! I ended up ordering this model believing that if it was bad I would only lose $20. a second pair of hands to tighten the plate in the right direction, but it's held up well ever since, even after a 2000 mile ride. Generally very satisfied for the money.
