12.5% failure rate after a few months, but the remainder work great.

When they work, they work well. I installed 16 tubes a few months ago. Removing the old tube and ballasts took about 10 minutes per fixture. The lights are very quiet now that the existing noisy ballasts have been removed. My only complaint is that within a few days I had one tube that began to flicker, so I replaced it. After a few weeks I had another tube fail completely (won’t light up). Two tubes out of 16 (12.5% failure rate) is a somewhat high for new bulbs.

Worked well I don't know for how long installed in a commerical business

Cons

Can be difficult to dispose of and harmful to the environment
