Update: 9/1/20 Okay, instead of cooking for my dogs they are now fed humanely ie RAW. This scale is great for that because I don't have to weigh small items. The TARE function is still badly needed. If you need to weigh small things up to 1 gram, then this scale is not for you. It's also a handy scale that looks great and is easy to store. First I put 3 stars, then I increased it to 4 since it has gotten better at weighing now. Also, I might have measured wrong at first 🤣Ok, so I bought this scale because I'm switching my dogs to homemade food instead of commercial pellets. I NEED this scale to work, but I'm not sure if it works. Although it's beautiful. Very slim and light, does not take up much space. The TARE function is what I need the most and comes with this function. It also has measurements in oz, lb: oz, g, ml and fl oz which is great! Not sure if I still have the photo but I diced 2 cups of carrots and the scale should have read 16 ounces but it didn't. He also mis-weighed pork. I installed everything I bought from the store and it was supposed to weigh over 2lbs but it showed less than 2lbs. This is very bad for my measurements when trying to prepare healthy and BALANCED feed for my animals.
