I ordered three of these shelves. At first they were amazing - big, flexible, easy to assemble and stack boxes. They kept a lot of shoes tidy and I liked the fabric which made it easy to get the shoes on and off. After two months the top of the shoes started tearing from the weight of the shoes (I wear a women's eight so the shoes are pretty average sized). Within six months there were large gaping holes and I could no longer use the top row of each posture because the shoes would just slide out (and make the holes worse). For another month or two, they dropped enough shoes on the floor to nullify the goal. Now I'm looking for cabinets of the same size made of wood or plastic. For almost $50 each I was very disappointed.
