6' 170 lbs lean muscular build. My first cycling shorts and I love them! Buying any type of clothing online is a gamble. I've read a number of reviews from people with my body type trying to figure out what size to go for. In the end I chose the American environment and it was the right choice. The shorts fit well for the most part. However, the leg end is a bit tight. I don't have big feet but I really have to put these shorts on to get them up. However, I don't find it uncomfortable. would recommend.
