Sound quality I'll explain my assessment. Very sharp and sharp details. I played through an external amplifier and really liked the sound. I heard new parts and single words for more detail than from the adcom amp. However, the headphones need more bass, they have a slight drone with a delay. It doesn't sound cheap like budget options can sound, it just lacks that clean full range of sound. I will say that I realized I miss sound in music and this is crazy, I've been an audiophile for 40 years. The earbuds fit snugly in my ear, I don't feel like they fall out with every movement of my head or body. Well rounded headphones, I'll look for a free EQ app and update it. Try the free app = Android Set "music volume equalizer" to rock preset, 3k to 0 or negative, reset 14k to negative to your desired level. Boosting the bass by up to 50 percent with the dial combined with that gives me good sound and levels the phone to csn live music.
