Pros: They really make me sleepy. They are very durable. They are not too dark to wear at night. You are cozy. Disadvantages: there are none. Well maybe the fact that everything turns orange when you put them on, but that's to be expected :D Great product! I had so many troubles falling asleep, now I fall asleep so quickly! I only have to wear these glasses 2 hours before bed :) I've had trouble establishing a regular sleep pattern since I was a kid and light tends to disrupt my sleep significantly. I fall asleep relatively easily with these glasses on. The glasses themselves are very durable. I dropped them a couple of times and not much happened. In fact, I leave them lying around my bed and they often fall off. You're still fine. Before trying sleeping pills, I tried these glasses before bed, some cilantro tea, and slept in total darkness.
