Review on ARCTIC P14 PWM - 140 mm Case Fan with Pressure-optimized PWM, Ultra Quiet Motor - Fan Speed: 200-1700 RPM - Black by Dusty Wonsley

I bought three of these for a new build; 2 for inlet, 1 for outlet. They were great for about 2 weeks and then I noticed a little noise and from time to time one of them would rattle against the front of the case. So it's been about a month since the original purchase and I've had to remove my computer from my desk and move my desk away from it to get rid of the insane noise. I've adjusted the fan speeds in the BIOS and even checked the device's temperature to make sure other components aren't overheating, causing the fans to speed up even more, but no. The fans are just too loud, even at 50%. They cool very well, hence the 2 stars, but they are definitely not as quiet as the list might suggest. Better to look elsewhere for a silent fan for the same price.
